Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All services provided by BZN Fast Lane Auto Care are considered final. Due to the nature of automotive services, refunds are generally not provided once work has been performed.

2. No Refunds After Service Completion

No refunds will be issued after:

  • Maintenance services are performed

  • Cleaning or detailing services are completed

  • Diagnostics are conducted

  • Parts are installed

  • Labor has begun

Customer acknowledges that results may vary based on vehicle condition.

3. Satisfaction Concerns

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Re-perform part of the service

  • Offer a partial credit

  • Offer a future service credit

No cash refunds are guaranteed.

4. Deposits

Deposits for scheduled services:

  • May be non-refundable

  • May be applied to future services

  • May be forfeited for missed appointments

5. Cancellations

Appointments canceled:

  • More than 24 hours in advance: no penalty

  • Less than 24 hours: deposit may be forfeited

  • No-show: full deposit forfeited

6. Online Purchases

Services purchased online:

  • Non-refundable once scheduled

  • Non-refundable once service preparation begins

  • May be rescheduled once with advance notice

7. Subscription Services

Fleet subscription services:

  • May be canceled at any time

  • No refunds for partial months

  • Services already provided are non-refundable

8. Cleaning & Detailing Disclaimer

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Stains that cannot be removed

  • Odors that persist

  • Cosmetic imperfections

  • Aging materials

  • Wear and tear revealed during cleaning

Results are not guaranteed.

9. Mechanical Services Disclaimer

No refunds for:

  • Pre-existing issues

  • Additional problems discovered after service

  • Parts failure unrelated to work performed

  • Customer-supplied parts

10. Gift Cards / Service Credits

  • Non-refundable

  • No cash value

  • May expire

  • Transferable at our discretion

11. Chargebacks

By purchasing services, customer agrees:

  • To contact us before initiating a chargeback

  • Chargebacks for completed services may be disputed

  • Customer is responsible for chargeback fees if claim is denied

12. Right to Refuse Refund

BZN Fast Lane Auto Care reserves the right to refuse refunds at its sole discretion.
