1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, purchasing services, or delivering a vehicle to BZN Fast Lane Auto Care ("Company"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BZN Fast Lane Auto Care provides vehicle maintenance, cleaning, detailing, diagnostics, and related automotive services. Services are performed based on availability, condition of the vehicle, and operational considerations.

All services are estimates and not guarantees of specific outcomes.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for high-quality service:

  • Cleaning and detailing results may vary

  • Odor removal is not guaranteed

  • Stain removal is not guaranteed

  • Mechanical issues may not be fully resolved

  • Diagnostics identify likely issues but are not guaranteed conclusions

Customer acknowledges results depend on vehicle condition.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Customer is responsible for disclosing:

  • Existing damage

  • Mechanical issues

  • Warning lights

  • Fluid leaks

  • Electrical issues

  • Aftermarket modifications

Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages

  • Company is not liable for loss of revenue (including Turo income)

  • Company is not liable for missed bookings

  • Company is not liable for vehicle downtime

  • Company is not liable for mechanical failure unrelated to services performed

  • Company is not liable for items left inside vehicle

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Personal Property

Remove all personal belongings before service.
Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

7. Mechanical Services Disclaimer

Customer understands:

  • Repairs may reveal additional issues

  • Older components may fail during service

  • Rusted or worn parts may break during removal

  • We are not responsible for such failures

Authorization is granted to proceed with necessary work.

8. Cleaning & Detailing Risks

Customer acknowledges:

  • Interior cleaning may expose worn materials

  • Steam and chemicals may affect aged surfaces

  • Plastic restoration may vary in durability

  • Headlight restoration is temporary and results vary

Company is not responsible for material deterioration due to age.

9. Turo & Rental Use Disclaimer

Company is not responsible for:

  • Missed Turo reservations

  • Lost rental income

  • Guest complaints

  • Booking cancellations

  • Late delivery issues

Customer remains fully responsible for rental operations.

10. Scheduling & Delays

Service times are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Parts availability

  • Weather

  • Vehicle condition

  • Workload

  • Unexpected repairs

No compensation is provided for delays.

11. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed

  • Online purchases are non-refundable once service begins

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Subscription services may be canceled at any time

12. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left more than 7 days after completion may:

  • Accrue storage fees

  • Be subject to towing

  • Be handled per Montana abandoned vehicle laws

13. Test Drives

Customer authorizes Company to operate vehicle for:

  • Testing

  • Diagnostics

  • Moving within facility

  • Quality control

14. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
No express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for purpose.

15. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BZN Fast Lane Auto Care from:

  • Claims arising from vehicle condition

  • Rental use of vehicle

  • Third-party claims

  • Customer misuse after service

16. Website Use

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and may change without notice.

17. Right to Refuse Service

Company reserves the right to refuse service for any reason including:

  • Unsafe vehicles

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Non-payment history

  • Illegal modifications

  • Hazardous conditions

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.

19. Changes to Terms

Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
